Tony Duffek, Principal
Welcome to St. Germain Elementary School! We enroll enthusiastic students spanning from 4k to fourth grade. Our mission as a school and community is to maximize the potential of every student by inspiring students and providing a foundation so each student can reach his/her dreams and goals. This all starts with building positive relationships within the school and community. One way we establish a positive community within our school is using the Virtues program to teach students citizenship skills that will last them a lifetime. We are also a Responsive Classroom School. All of our staff are trained in Responsive Classroom practices which fosters engaging academics and a positive school community. We also build positive relationships in the community by collaborating with local organizations and parents to provide rich learning experiences for our students. Other ways we reach our mission are by providing high quality instruction, innovative learning experiences and an individualized education for every student. We are blessed to have a supportive community, and we are fortunate to have state-of-the-art technology, small class sizes, and amazing facilities. We have a school pond, pumpkin patch, apple orchard, miles of hiking trails on our school grounds, gardens and more. The resources and relationships we have in St. Germain allow for the sky to be the limit for our students' success. We have a dedicated, talented, and experienced staff that collaboratively works to create a rigorous and joyful learning environment for students. The culmination of a quality staff, 21st century facilities, exceptional students and supportive community creates a high quality learning environment that students not only receive a quality education in, but also gain a love for learning.
