Montessori Qualified

The teachers have specific training through an official program that trains them to teach Montessori methods. Additionally, they are all Wisconsin certified teachers.

 

Authoritative and Compassionate

The teacher sets clear expectations, is organized, leads, and holds high expectations. She is firm, yet caring, empathetic and develops the social and emotional well-being of the child along with the academics.

 

Facilitator

The teacher is a trained observer and facilitator of childrens' learning and behavior. The teacher guides students' learning and serves as a resource.

 

Role Model

The educator strategically models the behavior and attitudes that she is working on to instill in the students. The teacher emphasizes character development, and is exceptionally calm, kind, warm, and caring.
