Head Start is a new addition to Eagle River Elementary.  Head Start is a program of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and helps provide comprehensive early childhood education for low income families. The design of the program helps foster positive relationship and increase emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children who are within the preschool age.
