I earned my Bachelors of Music at UW-Stevens Point and earned my Kodaly certificate and Masters of Music in Music Education with Kodaly Emphasis from Silver Lake College. I have furthered my education by completing Music Learning Theory Certificates in Elementary General Music Levels I and II and Early Childhood Music Level I through the Gordon Institute of Music Learning. I began teaching in 1997 and was hired by the Northland Pines School District in the fall of 2013.

Mission For The Class
Students will learn to think tunefully, feel rhythmically and respond expressively to music. Students will learn about music and how to make music to accomplish these goals. Students will become music makers, not just music consumers.
