Welcome to another school year!
I have been teaching Kindergarten at the Land O’ Lakes Elementary School since 1992, and I have to tell you… it never gets old! This is sure to be a busy year with LOTS of learning opportunities, not only for the kids, but for me as well!
Together we will explore, make discoveries, and learn about the world around us. We will work on developing good social skills, learning responsibility, and making good choices. Our goal will be to develop and apply our “I CAN!” attitude and to foster an enthusiasm for life-long learning.
Thank you for visiting our classroom site! Please let me know if there are things that you would like to see added.
Biography: I grew up in Kewaunee, a small town on the shores of Lake Michigan. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Winona State University in 1991, my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Viterbo University in 1999, and I earned my 316 Reading Teacher license in 2014.
I currently live in St. Germain with my husband, Dan, and I have two adult daughters, Tamara and Autumn. I enjoy fishing, reading, gardening, hiking, mushroom hunting, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers. I have an optimistic outlook on life, and find something to smile about every day!
