Vases

Students were introduced to using value to create form in this vase project.  The 'tricks' we talked about are placing an oval opening at the top of our vase, adding a 'smile line' to help the vase appear round, creating a table in one-point perspective using our rulers as a pendulum, and using highlight and shadow to change a flat shape into a form.
