New Student

Please complete our Online Registration Application. If you do not have internet access, or only have access to a mobile device*, you may simply fill-out the Online Application in the Enrollment Office. Contact me after you have completed the Online Registration Application, or if you prefer to use a Kiosk in the Enrollment Office. 
*Online Registration Application will not work on a Mobile Device

All new students in grades 4K-12  that reside within the boundaries (view map) of the Northland Pines School District that plan on attending St. Germain Elementary School, Eagle River Elementary School, Land O’ Lakes Elementary School, Northland Pines Montessori Learning Center, Northland Pines Middle School, SOAR Charter Middle School, Northland Pines High School or SOAR Charter High School need to complete their enrollment at our Centralized Enrollment Office located in the Eagle River Elementary School.

Parents/guardians enrolling new students need to provide a certified birth certificate and immunization records upon enrolling a child as well as verification of residency. 

4K & 5K BIRTH-DATE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR

4K

Must be born on or before, Sept. 1, 2020.
This means that on or before Sept. 1, 2024, they’ll be 4 years old.

Kindergarten

Must be born on or before, Sept. 1, 2019.
This means that on or before Sept. 1, 2024, they’ll be 5 years old.
